Application Procedures |
Step 1: Fill out the application form completely, including the Educational Background section with the names of previous schools and years attended. You may choose to download the application or apply online. Include one (1) passport size photo. Please attach the photo to the front page in the space provided on the Application Form or send as an attachment if you are applying electroncially. Step 2: Provide a photocopy of the student`s passport and alien registration (please make sure you check the expiration date). A student holding a Korean passport and/or a foreign passport must submit proof of three-year residency outside of Korea. Step 3: Include ALL school records in English for at least the past three school years of your child`s educational experience. (For 9th grade and above, provide official transcripts only.) Step 4: Provide two letters of recommendation from your previous school. Step 5: Complete the medical form and include complete immunization records. To properly complete the medical check-up section, a doctor`s visit will be required. Please read a letter from the nurse for detailed information. Step 6: (OPTIONAL-Autobiography) Without help, have the student applicant provide an essay in which he/she introduces himself/herself. Please discuss the following: interests, activities (extracurricular, community, athletic) and experiences you enjoy or value the most. (The student will also be asked for a writing sample the day of testing.) *All submitted documents including the application will not be returned. |
